Brian Walton’s album ‘Merica honors all Americans including First Responders and Veterans with a portion of the proceeds going to Charity.
‘Merica is Brian’s 5th full-length album featuring newly produced releases of Turning Up The Weekend, Cowgirl Thang, and Wear Them Blues as well as 3 never-released tracks freshly minted in the Musty Dungeon Studio smead. The album serves to remind all Americans that a good party will break down barriers. But also highlights the spirit and bravery of those men and women who selflessly put their lives on the line for us every day and represent the beacon that is America.
As a card-carrying American Legion member and US Army veteran himself, Brian has performed at countless concerts benefitting the American Legion (AL), Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), and Disabled American Veterans (DAV) alongside Trace Adkins, Miranda Lambert, Tim McGraw, and George Strait and many more. While serving as vice commander of Legion Post #110, Brian’s work together with volunteers of the AL, WWP, and DAV were instrumental in helping homeless veterans find a home a get the medical attention they so desperately needed.
As an avid outdoorsman making his home in a wildfire-endangered area, Brian has learned to greatly appreciate the amazing work performed by first responders and firefighters. Like the members of the National Association for Search and Rescue (NASAR) and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) and sponsored many fundraising concerts and events in their honor.
